• MWM requires pre-employment drug and alcohol screening for all employees and conducts random drug and alcohol screenings throughout the year

• MWM Safety Mod Factor is less than 1.0

• ASME and AWS Certified Welders

• ISNetworld and Comply Works – Grade A members

• All Employees have completed OSHA 30-hour or OSHA 10-hour training.
