Job Duties
- Must be able to work at heights
- Ability and knowledge to pass AWS D1.1 Structural Welding Test
- Assist with equipment installation, moving, and/or removal
- Assist with job site preparation and cleanup
- Must be mechanically inclined and have technical understanding of machinery
- Knowledge and ability to use toe jacks and machine skates
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, machinery detail drawings, and layout drawings
- Ability to operate Hand and Power tools
- Knowledge and ability with assembling, leveling, and anchoring equipment
- Ability to safely use lifting materials such as chain-falls, come-alongs, clevis, slings, and chains
- Ability to handle a physical workload for 10 hour days
- Safely operate forklift, boom lift, and scissor lift
- Must have drive and initiative
- Must have the ability to listen to instruction and follow direction given
Experience
- Pay is commensurate on level of experience
- Manufacturing / Construction related background
- Experience with Flux Core Welding, Stick Welding, and Pipefitting
Requirements
- Must pass a drug screen and background check
- Most jobs are local but some travel required. May include International travel
- Responsible for observing and complying with all safety and job site rules
- Have own hand / trade tools
