Elizabeth Sharp
Elizabeth grew up in and still lives in the Lawndale area of Cleveland County, NC. She has an Associates of Science degree in Mechanical Drafting from Gaston College, A Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Western Carolina University, and a Master of Business Administration from Gardner-Webb University. She also holds her Lead Auditor Certification in IATF 16949 and ISO 9001. Elizabeth has worked in the Manufacturing Industry for the past 25 years in different positions that range from Process / Product Engineer to Director of Quality. She also has experience in a variety of manufacturing industries that include Chemical, Furniture, Metal Fabrication, Textile, and Coatings. Elizabeth credits her experience and knowledge of Industry with helping her be successful in leading the Business and Administrative side of MWM.
In her free time, Elizabeth likes to spend time with her husband Rickey, their two dogs Josie and Evo, and other family and friends at Fontana Lake where she enjoys boating and watching for wildlife.
